SHORT
The roots of our camper tour stem back to a COVID-ridden Bulgaria and the first attempt to create a unique tourism experience in the country by local travel brand Panic Frame & Travel.
What started as an idea to entice Bulgarians to discover their own country has now expanded into an intense 12-day dive into the heart of Bulgaria’s Rhodope Mountains to get completely lost in the mysticism, music, and nature that this part of the country has to offer.

TOUR DATES
This camper tour will start from Sofia on the 19 th of September until we get back on the 30st of September
3 CAMPERS
We will be travelling with 3 Campers and the group of travellers will be 15 with 2 guides and one driver.
THE TOUR
We will visit 15 locations all over the country, travel more than 1200 km and will experience 6 activities.
THIS IS OUR SELECTION OF
The Rhodope Mountains is both familiar and yet foreign. This is one of Europe’s last remaining wild strongholds where we’ll drive through tiny villages nestled amidst imposing cliffs, visit a mountain school tasked with upholding the most sacred Bulgarian music and dance, sleep endless nights under the starry skies and deep forests, as well as visit many staples of Bulgarian tourism such as the Seven Rila Lakes, Europe’s most ancient city Plovdiv, and the Rila Monastery but to name a few.

The team have spent years getting to know Bulgaria inside and out whether through tourism campaigns, documentary films, or encounters with locals in the forgotten corners of the country. They are just as excited to show you their home country as you should be to explore it.

And we’ll definitely need to fill up on food because we have exciting experiences awaiting you such as a traditional folklore concert, a journey aboard Bulgaria’s famous mountain train “Tesnolineika”, kayaking across our Beglik Lake, encounters with rescued brown bears, and more with the help of experienced country guides Emiliyan & Martin, professional cooks, and mountaineers.
OUTSTANDING FOOD
Although this trip could have been undertaken in many ways, we quickly concluded that the rich nature of Bulgaria coupled with the possibility of outdoor picnics meant that travelling by camper was our best bet.
This is the best moment to add that outdoor picnics will be our speciality as we’ll have popular outdoor cooks & adventurers, Bivouac, along with us for the journey. Get ready for meals under the clear sky, grilled meat on an open fire, and much much more.
