1. Booking and queries

2. Confirmation
2.1. A booking confirmation will be sent to you for all on-line bookings. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of making your on-line booking, please, contact our team at info@bulgariastudytour.com or call us: +359 885 498 156.
3. Costs
3.1. Each participant will pay a package price for the chosen tour. All tours are to be found in the HOME and TOURS sections. The charge per person covers transfers from and to the airport, five nights in single room accommodation in 4* hotels, depending on the tour, full-day meals and receptions, factory and company visits, transportation, and tour guides (except for the VIRTUAL TOURS). Charges for the Virtual tours DO NOT include the above-mentioned services.
3.2. Double room accommodation is for family or the same company members. In this case, delegates will be able to share a double room in all hotels throughout the entire journey. This does not apply to Virtual tours.
3.3. Bulgaria Study Tour (BST) is not responsible for booking flights to and from Sofia, Bulgaria, as this is the responsibility of each individual delegate.
3.4. We reserve the right to modify any of the contents of this site, including itinerary and prices, at any time, without prior notice.
3.5. Charges for the Virtual Tours include only a broadcasting session in the indicated time window. No additional services will be provided.
4. Payment terms and conditions
4.1. BST is limited to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 45 participants. This does not apply to Virtual tours.
4.2. Registration for the tour is on a first-come, first-serve basis. This does not apply to Virtual tours.
4.3. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer to the specified BST bank account or on the company's PayPal account at info@bulgariastudytour.com.
4.4. Delegates will be registered for the tour only once full payment has been received. Requests for invoices will be processed only with valid on-line purchases.
4.5. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will notify the party by e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time when the booking was made.
5. Cancellation policy
5.1. Before the 28th of February – 80% refund (20% discretionary administration fee applicable covering the reservation costs for all pre-booked activities throughout the entire Tour).
5.2. After February 28th of the year when the tour will take place – No refund (transfer to another individual only).
5.3. Cancellation in the context of CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) – applicable only for the year 2021 – If canceled for any reason 14 days or more before tour start date – 100% refund. All information and latest developments about COVID-19 in Bulgaria can be found at the designated official COVID-19 website for Bulgaria – www.coronavirus.bg, maintained by the Bulgarian Healthcare Ministry and the responsible Regional Health Inspectorates for each province. For additional information, you may visit our section dedicated to CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).
5.4. Participants are responsible for their visa approval and valid entry visa possession (if needed). Visa rejection cannot be used as a cancellation reason.
5.5. If a participant cannot attend the event, he/she can transfer the place until May 1st to the name of another person (based on approval by BST). In this case, a full refund of tour fees will be made, only after validation of transfer. Please, note an additional charge may be applied if the new participant is not entitled to the same rate.
5.6. BST accepts no liability if an event is canceled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) resulting from an act of God, pandemic, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, or other. We advise delegates to take out travel insurance in case of cancelation, force majeure events, risk of not being able to participate because of sickness, or for any other reason.
5.7. In the unlikely event that not enough participants register for the Study Tour, BST reserves the right to cancel the event by March 31 of the respective year of the event, in which case a full refund of tour fees will be made.
5.8. BST reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary should the need arise.
5.9. Delegates can submit their refund requests with detailed explanations directly to BST by e-mail (see “contact us” section on the web page). Requests will be answered and processed promptly. If a reply is not received within two business days, delegates need to contact the office by phone.
5.10. Refunds for Virtual tours are due only in case of a technical problem caused by BST, making the broadcasting process impossible. Customers will be offered to receive a full refund or a new broadcast at a convenient to the customer time.
5.11. Cancelation for the Virtual Tours can be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled broadcast. After that no refunds are due.
7. Data protection and privacy
7.1. We will treat your personal information in accordance with data protection legislation. We will use your information only for administration and communication purposes. To do this we may share your information with our business partners associated with the BST. A list of all delegates will be circulated at the event.
7.2. Tour documentation will be issued by the arrival on the day of the event. This documentation is made available only to those attending the event. Tour papers and delegate packs are provided for the sole use of the delegate and may not be reproduced whether in whole or part, shared or distributed by any method whatsoever without prior permission of the copyright owner. External speakers alone are responsible for the content of their respective lectures. It is the policy of BST to give the fullest freedom to contributors/speakers to express their opinions. The opinions expressed by the speakers do not necessarily represent the views of BPST. BPST speakers will make every effort to ensure the validity and accuracy of the information they provide.
8. Photo shooting, filming, and sound recording
8.1. BST reserves the right to film, record, or photograph the entire tour and any of the speakers at the event and use the materials for post-event purposes. Participants are advised that this may result in the inclusion of delegates within the recordings or photos. By accepting these terms and conditions participants give BST the consent to capture their image in a video, photographic, or audio form during the tours. The copyrights of any acquired photo/video/audio materials by BST during the tours are property of BST and BST has the right to use it for marketing purposes in its web platforms or social media accounts.

9.1. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting other sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
9.2. The historical information presented on this site is provided for your reference only.
9.3. The virtual tours are broadcasted through the company's YouTube channel. BST is not responsible for access restrictions of YouTube translations in different countries around the world.
10. General Data Protection
10.1. By booking a tour with BST participants agree „Bulgaria Study Tour“ Ltd., UIC (EIK) 205826594, to store and process their personal data, as required by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which delegates provide related to participation in the company’s organised tourist events.
Participants are acquainted with:
– the purpose and means of the processing of their personal data;
– the voluntary nature of the provision of the data;
– the right of access and the correction of the collected data.
10.2. By this declaration, participants declare an agreement to store and process their personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
